4 (90-minute) sessions
Fun activities, including drama and art!
Learning about healthy friendship, setting high standards, and valuing herself and others.
Emphasis on self esteem.
Realistic instruction on direct and compassionate communication techniques needed in the preteen and teen years.
Experiencing and affirming positive girl power.
All sessions are confidential. Like the acclaimed Raising Strong & Successful Girls class, it is designed to help girls learn about the joy of going-for-the-gold, strengthening self-esteem, understanding cliques, and techniques and tips that will prepare her for the preteen & teen years.
